I went to an alopecia support group in London organized by Alopecia UK to help and give advice to support adults who have alopecia.
I’ve been an ambassador for Alopecia UK since I was 15 and this month the charity is celebrating its 20th birthday!
If you don’t know, alopecia means “hair loss”, there are lots of different types. I have alopecia universalis which means I don’t have any hair at all.
